Travel Behaviour in Spruce Grove Today
Most residents in Spruce Grove drive to their destinations and collectively we make more than 80,000 vehicle trips per day. Spruce Grove’s population is expected to grow from about 25,000 residents to nearly 60,000 residents in the next 30 years. If we continue this current travel behaviour, we could expect our traffic to grow to nearly 200,000 vehicle trips per day. We have 30 years to change our travel behaviour if we wish to reduce the growth of traffic.
