Wednesday, June 30 and Thursday, July 1, 2010
Canada’s Birthday Party in 2010 is going to be so big that it will take Spruce Grove two days to celebrate!
June 30th will begin at 5 p.m. with huge $5 Community BBQ, complete with a Street Performers Vaudeville Variety show and roving performers.
On July 1st lots of hungry people will enjoy a pancake breakfast, and numerous children will strutt their stuff in the Canada Day Kids Walking Parade. At 12-noon we will officially celebrate our country – complete with free birthday cake! Everyone will be amazed and awed by the professional Street Performers who perform in the afternoon and the Remax KidZone, Log Cabin TeenZone, face-painters, rovers, balloon artists and vendors on site will also be very popular!
An evening’s worth of free concerts, headliner TBA, will lead right into the RONA Fireworks at 11 p.m.
