Vishten are four passionate Acadians from Prince Edward Island and the Magdelen Islands.  Together, they are cultural ambassadors, telling stories about their island heritage in the same ways they have been told for hundreds of years - through music.  Let them take you on a voyage through the centuries via traditional lyrics, compositions and arrangements of ancient Acadian melodies.  Also present in Vishten's music are touches of aboriginal, folk and rock influences.  Their eclectic and mesmerizing show includes stunning step-dancing and lots of fiery fiddling.  Rhythms, melodies, voices, musicianship - Vishten is a near perfect ensemble.
