What is the collection process on active accounts? The Water & Sewer Services Bylaw C-272-99 allows for the disconnection of utility services after the due date for any non-payment of the utility account. Should your services be disconnected, a reconnection fee of $25.00, (during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm except holidays) along with arrears, must be paid in full in order to restore services. Please note: If you are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to pay as required, the city will make every effort to work with you to bring your account balance to a current status in a reasonable time frame.
