The Enforcement Officers are Alberta Special Constables. They enforce several pieces of legislation within the City of Spruce Grove.  They are responsible to the General Manager of Community Services for the enforcement of:

• The Bylaws of the City
• Traffic Safety Act
• Weed Control Act
• Gaming and Liquor Control Act
• Provincial Offences Procedures Act
