The following development permits have been dealt with under the provisions of the Spruce Grove Land Use Bylaw.  For more information about these permits, please contact the Planning and Development Department at 962-7634 ext. 250, Monday to Friday  8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you object to any of the proposed developments, you have the right to appeal the Development Officer's decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board prior to 4:30 p.m. of the Appeal Expiry Date noted next to the Development Permit above.  All permitted use development appeals are subject to Section 685(3) of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, including amendments thereto.  Your appeal, with the required $50.00 fee, must be submitted in writing and contain the reason for appeal and be sent to the Secretary of the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board, Planning and Development, 315 Jespersen Avenue, Spruce Grove, AB  T7X 3E8.
