This intimate and acoustically-superb venue offers a varied season of professional theatre, music, dance and Family Matinee performances. In addition, Horizon Stage is home to an award-winning local community theatre troupe, The Horizon Players. VISUAL ARTS
The Allied Arts Council is a not-for-profit charitable organization which operates the Spruce Grove Art Gallery and Gift Store
out of the new Melcor Cultural Centre located in the King Street Mall at 35 Fifth Avenue. The gallery exhibits the works of over 450 regional artisans and offers visual arts classes and programming. MELCOR DEVELOPMENTS MUNICIPAL ART COLLECTION
Every year since 1982, with the generous support of Melcor Developments Ltd., the City of Spruce Grove has been purchasing original works of art, mostly by local Alberta artists. From a modest beginning, the Melcor Developments Municipal Art Collection has grown to over 160 pieces. The entire collection is available for viewing via the City's home page.
LIBRARY
The Spruce Grove Public Library
, located in the Melcor Cultural Centre at 35 Fifth Avenue, offers a wide selection of fiction and non-fiction books, magazines, newspapers, compact disks, MP3 books, and DVDs for children and adults. The library's high speed Internet connection, word processing productivity suites and wireless Internet access are available for public use. If you need help with your research - ask for help at the Reference desk. The library has a wide variety of programs available for children, teens and adults. Don't forget Mondays are Seniors Days!

MELCOR CULTURAL CENTRE
Located at 35 Fifth Avenue, just off of King Street, the Melcor Cultural Centre houses both the Art Gallery and the Library. Completed in 2007, it offers residents the opportunity to immerse themselves in the literary and visual arts within their community.
