In accordance with the Municipal Goverment Act the Corporate Services department is responsible for the preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes of City Council.

Council Agendas are posted to the Web site prior to each Council Meeting.  Council Minutes are posted to the Web site following a Council Meeting. Minutes do not become official until passed by Council at the next regular meeting. The City of Spruce Grove will make every attempt to ensure that approved minutes are posted to the Web site, however residents are cautioned that some changes may occur at the time of Council approval. Copies of approved Council Minutes are available by contacting the City of Spruce Grove at (780) 962-2611.  A reproduction fee will be charged for all copies.  Copies of all minutes are available at the Spruce Grove Public Library, 420 King Street.

Regular Council meetings are held on Mondays beginning at 7:00 pm (except as noted*).  Council Meetings are held in Council Chambers located on the third floor of City Hall at 315 Jespersen Avenue.

Regular meetings of City Council are open to the public.
