The annual fiscal plan is the City’s key control over its financial operations – authorizing planned expenditures and directing program delivery. The fiscal plan is a comprehensive source of information serving as a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide and a communications device. The document is designed to meet a high standard of planning, information and presentation to support decision-making by Council and Administration.
